Annual Meeting Dates and Voting Locations

The 2024 Annual Meeting of Members will be drive-thru only and will offer four days of voting.  Driving maps are available here.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 13 / 7 a.m.-7 p.m.: Awendaw district office, North 7200 US-17, Awendaw, SC 29429
  • Thursday, Nov. 14 / 7 a.m.-7 p.m.: Johns Island district office, 1135 Main Road, Johns Island, SC 29455
  • Tuesday & Wednesday, Nov. 19 & 20 / 7 a.m.-7 p.m.: 1732 US-52, Moncks Corner, SC 29461

Details on each candidate plus last year's annual meeting minutes can be found here. Candidate bios will also be available upon request at each district office. Members will vote for a candidate in each district and approve last year's minutes. 

The business meeting will be broadcast at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Members can view the business meeting at  www.berkeleyelectric.coop or on Berkeley Electric's Facebook page. During the broadcast, members will receive the reports of officers, trustees and committees; and, all other business which may come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof will be acted upon. 

If you did not receive your Annual Meeting notice by mail, you can retrieve your letter by logging into SmartHub and viewing your account documents.
