Automatic Payments from a Bank Account

Payments can be automatically drafted from your checking or savings account for the amount of your monthly electric bill. Payments are drafted on the due date each month so they are made on time, every time.


Please note that accounts must have a ZERO balance before setting up bank draft.


1. To sign up for bank draft, please log into our Smarthub payment portal and open the Bill & Pay menu:

2. Select Auto Pay Program:



3. You must then accept the Auto PayTerms and Conditions:

4. Choose to Enroll:


5. If the account you want to use is already saved on your SmartHub account as a stored payment method, you can select it under the Use Existing option.  If you need to add a new account, you'll select Bank Account under Add New.


6. Enter all Payment Account and Account Holder details and select "I Agree"

7. You should receive a confirmation message after selecting I Agree.
