Automatic Payments from a Bank Account
Payments can be automatically drafted from your checking or savings account for the amount of your monthly electric bill. Payments are drafted on the due date each month so they are made on time, every time.
Please note that accounts must have a ZERO balance before setting up bank draft.
To sign up for bank draft, please log into our Smarthub payment portal and go to the Bill & Pay menu and select Auto Pay program.
If the account you want to use is already saved on your SmartHub account as a stored payment method, you can select it under the Use Existing option. If you need to add a new account, you'll select Bank Account under Add New.
You should receive a confirmation message after selecting I Agree.
