I received a check that was issued incorrectly. How do I fix this?

Each year capital credit checks get issued incorrectly because members have not provided updated addresses or members pass away without the cooperative being notified.

If you have received a check for another person's name, please mark as return to sender and place it back in your mailbox. However, please notify us so that we do not inconvenience you by sending any future mail for that person to your address.

If you have received a check for a deceased member, for a joint account after a divorce, or other situations, please contact us at 1-800-327-9615 or by email, so that we may determine how best for you to proceed. Depending upon the situation, you may be required to complete forms or provide proof of identity, legal documents, death certificate, etc.
