Payments Made by Phone

Payments can be made over the phone through the Co-op's Interactive Voice Recognition system (IVR) at 1-855-938-3615. A Berkeley Electric Cooperative account number and credit/debit card or checking information is all that is needed. If you do not have your account number, you may also call from the phone number listed on your account to have the system find your information.



WarningPlease note - we do not accept live payments by a member service representative over the phone. Members must use the automated phone system. If you are asked to make immediate payment over the phone, please hang up and call your local district office with as much information as possible. Do not use a provided call back number.
