Offering cash bill-pay at participating retail stores. The barcode found on the back of your bill can be scanned at the register, allowing you to make your monthly payment. There is a $1.50 convenience fee to use this service.
You must have your BEC bill (or be able to access it in SmartHub) to use this service.
