Setting up Auto Draft via Phone

You must have a $0 (zero) balance on your account before you can set up auto draft.
  1. Call 843-761-8200
  2. Choose Option 3: "To manage your recurring payments"
  3. To look up your information by Caller ID, please press 1. To look up your information by Account Number, please press 2. 
  4. Listen to verify the service address.
    1. Choose option 1 if it is correct
    2. Choose option 2 if it is incorrect.  Re-enter your information when prompted.
  5. If there is no autopay on file - "No recurring payments found. To create a recurring payment to take effect on your next bill, press 1."
  6. To create a recurring payment using a credit or debit card to take effect on your next bill, press 1. To create a recurring payment using a checking account to take effect on your next bill, press 2.
  7. Listen and complete the remaining prompts to key in the payment information you want saved for auto draft.
