What happens if my power is disconnected for a while?

If your power is disconnected for more than seven days, your account is closed out and made inactive.  Your membership and deposits are refunded to the account and applied to any balance that may be due.  If you have other active services, the membership and deposits are transferred to one of the other active accounts instead of being applied to the inactive account.

You'll need to reapply for service and pay the associated fees and deposits to reconnect service.
