What if I can't make it out to vote?

Because this is an official election, there are strict rules about who can vote and when voting has to occur.  For this reason, exceptions cannot be made,  You must vote IN PERSON at one of the voting locations during the posted times in order to be eligible for the bill credit.  This is state law.
