What if I want to switch from prepaid billing to monthly billing?
All you need to do is contact us to get the deposit amount it would require to convert to monthly billing. Once the deposit is paid, we'll switch you over to monthly billing.
You can expect the deposit amount to be approximately two-months' of usage for your account. For example, if you generally pay around $150 per month for electricity, your deposit would be around $300.
