Who can vote?

Who can vote?

Only the account holder (whoever's name is printed on the bill) may vote at annual meeting.  The account holder cannot send anyone in their place to vote for them, so please do not send family members or friends to do this for you - they will be turned away.

Also, the account must be active.  If you no longer have service in your name, you are not eligible to vote or receive the bill credit.
